Bachelor Project -VR Game

This game was made as my Bachelor-project for the FHGR in Chur.
In my thesis I researched, how text can be immersively designed within virtual worlds.
To accompany my thesis I developed the VR-game "Bustabensuppe", where you are a wizards apprentice and need to help him make a potion. This is done by reading. If you read the runes on the walls, they translate into weird little formulas and will summon an object. The wizard will go and grab the object to throw it in the cauldron.

The game was made with Unity and Blender. I modelled and animated all the objects myself. For the base VR-Setup I followed a joined tutorial from Unity and Oculus.
The whole game mechanic was developed in a paperprototype and then translated into C# code.
So far the game is only available in German and for the Oculus Rift or Oculus Rift S. If you'd like to test it out, you can write me and I'll send you a copy of the Unity build.
